WHITE TEA : The rarest of all teas, white tea is delicatre in flavor as well as color. The thea has a subtle , sweet flavor and a mellow nutty body . White tea receives its name from the delicate leaf tip that blooms in early Spring. These young tea leaves are harveste when a white down covering appears. After they are plucked, minimal processing occurs, preserving a high concentration of antioxidants and ensuring low caffeine levels.
