PUERH TEA
A regionally endemic and famous tea produced traditionally in the Yunnan Province, Puerh Tea is processed from the fresh leaves of a superior " large leaf " variety of Camellia sinensis and it experiences a unique natural post- fermentation process. This tea is famous for its feature of " longer steep time, better aroma" which is its most important feature and distinguishes it from other teas. Puerh is called the " edible antique " and in China people believe it will increase in value over time.

Brewing method:
White porcelain covered bowl
Tea to water ratio: 1:50 (can be adjusted appropriately according to personal taste); 6-8g tea leaves are brewed with 300 ML hot water.
Brewing water temperature: 85-90ºC.
Wake up tea: wakes up the tea in about 5 seconds, then quickly pours out the soup.
Soup time: Generally, the first 3 brews are controlled to be about 30 seconds.
From the 4th brew onwards, the soup brew time is appropriately extended for each brew. And so on, it can be brewed up to about 10 times.
